After getting into money trouble at a young age, Sarah committed to learning how to make money work for her, and walked Branch to Branch in search of a job with one of the top 4 major Banks. Working her way through the ranks in the Banking industry, Sarah has learnt a lot of Do’s and Don’ts along the way, and helped individuals, families and business owners from all walks of life to get their finances in order and achieve personal wealth and security they simply didn’t know how to create themselves.
After nearly 20 years in the finance industry, Sarah is passionate about helping people stop seeing money as something to be feared or merely dreamt of, and start designing their financial future. Sarah is particularly passionate about helping women take back control of their finances, and feel confident in themselves and their ability to manage their life on their own terms.
In addition to running her own Financial Planning practice, Sarah founded the Financial Fitness Club which helps people manage their finances and get out of debt in a fun and supported way and holds the Secretary position for a local RSL branch and regularly contributes to news and other online sources for information on financial strategies.

Coming from a background in family, domestic violence and child protection law, Jess wanted to create a remote service that could offer tailored and flexible support for clients, with the aim of developing innovative and improved approaches to benefit the families going through relationship breakdown and separation.
With a Master of Laws in Applied Law (Family Law & Family Dispute Resolution), and further training as a Collaborative Practitioner, Jess is determined to facilitate alternate pathways to resolving family law disputes with a vision that – one day – these issues will be better and more appropriately resolved without the intrusion of lawyers and courts.
Having always been drawn to the ‘human’ areas of law, Jess realised that her passion wasn’t about the law but, rather, about helping the people caught up in it. The further she delved into the factors underpinning the issues faced in family law, domestic violence matters, and child protection cases, it became clear that the law was not the answer. It was merely a mechanism to help reach it.
An incidental benefit Jess has seen in moving away from traditional practice styles is that she has been able to be transparent about her role as a mother, and her humanity in general. Although this obviously provides great benefits to her in having the understanding of her clients when ‘life’ happens, it has similarly supported her in building better rapport and stronger relationships with clients who are enduring the same challenges.
